Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、液体用カートンの注出具のカートンヘの取
付方法に関するものである。

本出願人は、すでにこの種の発明として、「液体用カ
ートンの注出具とそのカートンヘの取付方法」を昭和5
4年12月3日付て出願(特開昭56一842囲号公報

この先に提案した発明は、第1、2図に示す通りの、
液体用カートンの注出具、即ち、カートン1に対してシ
ール性のよいプラスチック製筒体からなる注出具本体2
に突出鍔輪3を設け、且つ注出具本体2のカートン1内
部に差し込まれるその下端2aから、前記鍔輪とカート
ン1の厚み巾ををへたてたカートン内面位置まて他の注
出具本体部分より薄肉に形成して折曲形成部4を構成し
、該折曲形成部4に複数の縦長切込条5を設けてなる液
体用カートンの注出具と、そのカートンヘの取付方法即
ち、カートン1の注出具取付孔6に外側から注出具の突
出鍔輪3がカートン1の外面に当るまで差し込んで鍔輪
3を受板で支承し、熱板と一体になつたプラグの出入自
在な可変ジグで注出具本体2の折曲形成部をその複数の
縦長切込条5を利用して複数のプラスチック片7に引裂
きながら第3図に示す如く花弁状に押し拡げて受板と熱
板とてカートン1内側に圧着することよりなるカートン
ヘの注出具取付方法をその要旨とするものであつて、こ
の発明によれば、カートンから注出具が脱落しないしか
も液もれがない注出具付液体用カートンを得ることが出
来るというものてある。

げるプラグにしても、出入自在な可変ジグを設ける必要
が生じ、構造が複雑になるという憾がある。

本発明は、以上のような先に提案した発明の複雑さを
解消して単純化したものである。

以下図面を参照して本発明方法を説明する。
8は、注出具が取付けられる液体用カートンであつて
、第4図に示す如く外面から内面へ向つてPE層9、紙
10、PE層12、Al層11、PE層12からなつて
おり、このようなり一トンを使用する時は注出具本体に
はPE材料を用いる。 13は、PE製の注出具てあつ
て、筒体からなる本体14に突出鍔輪15が一体的に形
成されている。 16は、注出具本体14内に一体的に
形成された仕切壁であつて、薄肉部17が形成されてい
る。
、第4図に示す如く外面から内面へ向つてPE層9、紙
10、PE層12、Al層11、PE層12からなつて
おり、このようなり一トンを使用する時は注出具本体に
はPE材料を用いる。 13は、PE製の注出具てあつ

、前記薄肉部17を切り取り注出口を開口できるように
なつている。さて、注出具本体14を力ートン8に取付
けるには、力ートン8の注出具と同形状に穿孔した孔8
aに第5図に示す如く外側から本体14を差し込み、第
6図に示すように突出鍔輪15を受け板19で支承し、
熱板20と一体になつたプラグ21を本体14の取付部
14aに押し込んて段部22を利用して押し拡げ、最終
的には第7図に示すように力ートン8に圧着する。

けるには、力ートン8の注出具と同形状に穿孔した孔8
aに第5図に示す如く外側から本体14を差し込み、第

熱板20と一体になつたプラグ21を本体14の取付部
14aに押し込んて段部22を利用して押し拡げ、最終
的には第7図に示すように力ートン8に圧着する。
以上のように注出具が取付けられた力ートンは力ートン
の板紙を突出鍔輪15と、熱板20により強制的に溶融
、溶着した取付部14aとで挾んだ状態となリカートン
からの脱落、紙断面からの液体の浸透が完全に防止され
た形のものとなる。

このよように取付けられた注出具には、キャップ23が
取付けられるが、嵌合蓋でもネジ蓋でも自由てある。し

以上何れにしても、本発明は、力ートン内面に差し込ま
れた取付部を熱板で力ートン内面に接着することが出来
るもので、液体用力ートンに最初から注出具を取付けて
おくパッケージで液もれのない、しかも力ートンから脱
落しない注出具を極めて簡便に得ることが出来るという

- 1 カートンに対してシール性のよいプラスチック製筒
体からなる注出具本体に突出鍔輪を設けてなる液体用カ
ートンにおける注出具を、カートンの注出具取付孔に外
側から注出具の突出鍔輪がカートンの外面に当るまで差
し込んで鍔輪を受板で支承し、カートン内側に突出した
取付部を熱板でカートン内側に圧着することによりなる
カートンへの注出具取付方法。
