    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. Ｘ−Ｙ送り機構のＸ軸方向移動部分に固定され送りレー
    ル上に位置決めされたリードフレームのペレットマウン
    ト部にソルダを塗布するソルダ供給部と、Ｘ−Ｙテーブ
    ルに固定されソルダが塗布された箇所にペレットをマウ
    ントするペレットマウント部と、ペレットがマウントさ
    れた前記リードフレームを前記送りレール上から送り出
    す搬送部と、各部の一連の動作手順を制御する制御部と
    を含むことを特徴とするマウント装置。
