Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１、第２トランジスタをダーリントン接続すると共に
    、夫々のベース、エミッタ間に第１、第２抵抗を接続し
    たものにおいて、前記第１、第２トランジスタと出力段
    側の第２トランジスタに対応する第２抵抗を同一半導体
    基板に訂正すると共に、入力段側第１トランジスタのベ
    ース端子、出力段側第２トランジスタのベース端子とコ
    レクタ端子とエミッタ端子を電極外部導出端子として取
    出し、第１、第２トランジスタの各ベース端子間に第１
    抵抗を外付けしたことを特徴とする半導体装置。
