インを説明する断面図である。 主な図番の説明、１は入力段、２は出力段、３は入力ト
ランジスタ、５，６は出力トランジスタ、２１は第１接
地ライン、２２は第２接地ラインである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力段と出力段とを有するアンプ回路を組み込−んだ半
    導体集積回路装置に於いて、前記入力段の入力トランジ
    スタに接続する入力抵抗のアース端を半導体基板と接触
    しない第１接地ラインに接続口、他の回路のアースは半
    導体基板と接触した第２接地ラインに接続することを特
    徴とする半導体集積回路装置。
