Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 負荷側母線に含まれる高調波電流を検出し、それと逆位
    相の電流を電源側母線、または同位相の電流を負荷側母
    線へ供給する高調波抑制装置において、負荷電流の高調
    波成分を抽出する第１のバンドパスフィルタと、出力電
    流の高調波成分を抽出する第２のバントパスフィルタと
    、前記第１、第２のフィルタの出力を突き合わせてその
    差分を検出する回路と、差分を整流する差分用整流回路
    と、この差分整流回路の出力と許容レベル値を比較する
    比較器と、この比較器の出力によって駆動される所要時
    限のタイマー回路と、前記比較器の出力が前記タイマー
    回路の時限以上継続したとき装置停止信号を出す論理回
    路と、前記両フィルタの出力と装置定格値を比較し、定
    格値以下であるときには前記装置停止信号の送出をロッ
    クする回路とを備えてなる高調波抑制装置の故障検出回
    路。
