C1 Problems to be Solved by the Invention Since gas insulated electrical equipment is used at high voltage, the insulation scum must be clear. However, in the above fixing method, the spacer sleeve (4) is welded [61] to the conductor peak.
Spacks and fumes may occur during welding, which may reduce insulation performance.

Disclosure of the Invention In this invention, one or more pairs of holes are formed in a part of a conductor, and a jig is attached to the holes to prevent dust inside the conductor from coming out. On the other hand, make one or more pairs of holes in the spacer sleeve at positions corresponding to the holes, and fix the conductor and spacer sleeve with bolts through the holes in the jig and spacer sleeve, and when tightening the bolts, shield the part with a shield cover. In other words, it eliminates the disadvantages of conventional fixing methods, such as a reduction in insulation performance, by requiring no welding during fixing.

Embodiment 1 As shown in FIG. 2, a pair of aluminum layers is formed on a part of a conductor (1), and a jig (8) is attached thereto to airtightly isolate the inside and outside of the conductor. The jig (8) is cylindrical. A pair of holes are made in the spacer sleeve (4),
Align the hole in the jig (8) with the hole in the spacer sleeve (4), pass the bolt (7) through it, and tighten the nut (9) to connect the conductor (1) and the spacer sleeve (4), that is, the spacer (

This method of fixing the structure does not involve welding, so there is no possibility of spatter or fume being generated and the insulation performance deteriorates. It is easy to operate as it only needs to be fixed with bolts, and there is no need to apply heat from welding. There is no distortion of the conductor or spacer sleeve.

Although the cases of one pair and two pairs have been described above, it goes without saying that the conductor and spacer can be more firmly fixed by providing multiple pairs of holes and bolts at appropriate angles in positions where they do not interfere with each other.

1. Effects of the Invention As explained in detail above, the method of the present invention is for fixing a conductor and a spacer in a gas-insulated electric device without welding, and also uses a jig to isolate the inside of the conductor from the insulating gas space. Because it is fixed, it is similar to the conventional fixing method [
There is no risk of deterioration of insulation performance due to spatter or fume caused by welding, and the fixing operation is easy because it is simply tightened with bolts. Furthermore, since heat from welding is not applied to the spacer sleeve or conductor, dimensional accuracy can be maintained without distortion of both, and powder Ht (U) inside the conductor leaks into the insulating gas space, contaminates the gas, and deteriorates insulation performance. This is a fixing method that has many advantages such as no problems.
