ングチャート、第５図は本考案の変形例を示すブロック
回路図、第６図はその動作を説明するためのタイミング
チャートである。 図においては、１，１５．３０はセンサー、２．１６，
３１はＮＯＴ回路、３．４． １７． １８．２’６は
増幅器、５．６，１３，１９．２０゜２７はリレーコイ
ル、？、８，１４，２１，２２は常開接点、９は三相交
流電源、１０．２９は可逆電動機、１１は停止スイッチ
、１２は始動スイッチ、２３は発振回路、２４はリセッ

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 可逆電動機が減速機を介して駆動する主軸にチャッ
クなどを装着し、該チャックなどにタップなどの加工工
具を固着して、被加工材のネジ立て作業状態もしくは作
業者が操作する送りハンドルなどの状態に即して前記主
軸の回転方向を制御する制御手段を内蔵したタッピング
盤において、前記送りハンドルの送り状態を検出する一
個以上の検出器より成る検出手段と、該検□ 出手段か
ら送られてくる出力信号の規定時間当たりの計数を繰り
返し、計数値が予め設定した数値に達したところで前記
可逆電動機を停止あ・ るいは一旦停止させるための演
算制御手段を配設したことを特徴とするタッピング盤の
保護装置。 ２ 送りハンドルの送り状態を検出する一個以上の検出
器より成る検出手段を、前記可逆電動機に電力の供給・
遮断と相切換を可能となした電力開閉手段の開閉状態を
認知する開閉認知手段に置換した実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載のタッピング盤の保護装置。 ３ 前記演算制御手段を、前記可逆電動機の反転時に予
め設定された時間ｔＬだけ該可逆電動機への電力供給を
停止するための再トリガ可能な時限設定手段を含み、前
記検出手段の出力が前記可逆電動機を反転させるべく変
化してから、該可逆電動機を再度反転させるように変化
するまでの時間ｔＲがｔＲ≦ｔＬのときは、前記検出手
段の最初の出力変化時点からｔＬ＜ｔＲとなるまでの間
だけ前記可逆電動機を一旦停止させるための制限手段に
置換した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のタッピン
グ盤の保護装置。
