    導性かつ電気絶縁性であるペーストの第一のフィルムと
    、前記第一のフィルムと接触しかつ金属である第二のフ
    ィルムと、前記第二のフィルムと接触しかつ熱伝導性か
    つ電気絶縁性である第三のフィルムとからなり、前記各
    フィルムが柔順性マットを構成していることを特徴とす
    る集積回路チップを冷却する装置。 ２　前記第二のフィルムが金属パッドを有する所定アレ
    イを含む請求の範囲第１項記載の装置。
