グカラムに固定された固定太陽歯車と、該ボス部の上方
にかつ該ボス部と同軸的に相対回転可能に保持された静
止太陽歯車と、該静止太陽歯車上に固定保持されたパッ
ドと該固定太陽歯車および該静止太陽歯車と同時に噛合
し、該ボス部に回転可能に保持された遊星歯車とで構成
される静止型パッドをもつステアリングホイールにおい
て、 上記ステアリングカラムに対向する上記固定太陽歯車の
部分および上記パッドに対向する上記静止太陽歯車の部
分には各々コネクタが保持または固定され、該ステアリ
ングカラムより伸びる接続線は下方のコネクタに接続さ
れ、該下方のコネクタから緩く巻かれた部分および上記
ボス部の貫通孔を貫通する部分さらに緩く巻かれた部分
からなる接続線で上方のコネクタに接続され、該上方の
コネクタからパッドに伸びる接続線により該ステアリン
グカラムと該パッドが電気的に接続されていることを特
