    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 誘電体基板の表面に閉路部で短絡したインダクタンスパ
    ターンの該閉路部を並列に分岐して設けるとともに、前
    記基板の裏面に前記インダクタンスパターンに前向する
    面積を有するキャパシタンスパターンを並列に分岐して
    設け、該インダクタンスパターンの任意の閉路部と、該
    キャパシタンスパターンの任意の分岐部とをトリミング
    し、インダクタンスの挿入とキャパシタンスの削除を行
    □　　　ないうる構成とした発振回路を具えたことを特
    徴とする高周波発振器。
