- スイッチング用主トランジスタと、前記主トランジスタ
のベース・エミッタ間に挿入され、かつ、コレクタが前
記主トランジスタのベースに、エミッタが前記主トラン
ジスタのエミッタに接続された第２のトランジス、夕と
、前記主トランジスタのコレクタと第２のトランジスタ
のベースとの間に接続されたスナバ回路と、前記第２の
トランジスタのベースとエミッタとの間に接続された抵
抗とを具備することを特徴とするスイッチング用トラン
ジスタ回路。
