だれコード、９・・・短繊維入りゴム層、１０・・・横
すだれコード層、１１・・・斜めすだれコード層、Ｓ・
・・コグ。

Claims (7)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）上側から伸長部、抗張体部および圧縮部を順に有
    するコグつきＶベルトであって、前記伸長部は伸縮性帆
    布で構成され、前記抗張体部は抗張体の上下側に横すだ
    れコードを少なくとも１層ずつ有し、さらに、前記圧縮
    部は、横すだれコード層を短繊維入りゴム層とを交互に
    重積し、下部になるにつれて横すだれコード層がコグの
    波形のピッチに近くなり、さらにコグの表面に沿って斜
    めすだれコード示２層以上重積されていることを特徴と
    する動力伝動用Ｖベルト。　　　・
  2. （２）伸縮性帆布は、経糸と緯糸との交差角が９５゜〜
    １５０°であるところの実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の動力伝動用Ｖベルト。
  3. （３）圧縮部の横すだれコードは、抗張体部の横すだれ
    コードおよび斜めすだれコードよりも細径であるところ
    の実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の動力伝動用Ｖベ
    ルト。
  4. （４）圧縮部の最下層の横すだれコード層は、コグの中
    央部でコグの先の方向に１００°以下の角度をなしてい
    るところの実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の動力伝
    動用Ｖベルト。
  5. （５）圧縮部の横すだれコード層の横すだれコードは、
    ポリエステル、ナイロン、アラミツド等の合成繊維、ま
    たはアルミニウム合金、銅、シんちゅう等の非鉄金属よ
    り選択された材料からなるところの実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の動力伝動用Ｖベルト。
  6. （６）斜めすだれコードは、交差角が１２０°〜１７０
    ６であるところの実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項　　・
    記載の動力伝動用Ｖベルト。
  7. （７）コグの深さは、ベルト厚さの１／４以下であると
    ころの実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の動力伝動用
    Ｖベルト。
