    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上端部にリング状に連続した係止段部を有するアウター
    リングを照明器の取付孔に設けると共に、該アウターリ
    ング内に中空部を介して同心円的に相対するインナーリ
    ングを設ける一方、該インナーリングに傾動可能に照明
    器を取付ると共に、前記係止段部に圧着する位置と該係
    止段部の内側に沿って避退する位置との間でたわみ得る
    ばね弾性を付与した弾性係合片を前記インナーリングに
    取付け、更に前記弾性係合片を前記係止段部に圧着して
    係止せしめる緊締部材を前記中空部内に占位して設けて
    なるダウンライト等の取付装置。
