Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車輌の各種情報を各項目別に絵あるいは文字等で表示可
    能に電極形成した液晶パネルと、液晶パネルの背後に位
    置し光源からの光を面照射する導光板と、上記光源の照
    度を減光し得る切り換えスイッチとを備えた液晶表示装
    置において、少なくとも１枚の液晶パネルに異常情報お
    よび一般走行情報に対応する表示電極を形成し、上記異
    常情報および走行情報の各表示部に対応するパネル背後
    に、各表示部毎に面照射可能な導光体を配設し、かつ各
    表示部毎に対応して照明し得る複数の光源を備えるとと
    もに、上記複数の光源を同一の照度で点灯し、上記切り
    換えスイッチの操作により同一レベルだけ減光する減光
    回路を上記光源に接続し、さらに少なくとも１つの異常
    発生時に上記異常情報表示部と対応した光源の減光を解
    除し一般走行情報表示に対して明るい照度に復帰させる
    照度復帰回路を設けたことを特徴とする車輌用液晶表示
    装置。
