In addition, there was a drawback that the thickness varied, making it impossible to obtain a thread with a desired shape and size.

である。(1) As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the spinneret of the present invention has at least the spinning surface 2 of the spinning surface 2 of the spinneret body 1 and the inner surface of the polymer discharge hole 4 which is connected to the polymer introduction hole 3. It is characterized by being coated with a carbon thin film 5.

ことができる。As described above, in the spinneret of the present invention, since at least the spinning surface 2 is coated with the thin carbon film 5, the hardness of the spinning surface 2 is significantly increased, and the surface of the discharge port 4 is not damaged by wiping or the like. In addition, the wiping properties are good, such as less adhesion of foreign substances and easy removal. In other words, the smoothness and specularity of the spinning surface 2 is improved, the wettability of the spinning solution is suppressed, and as a result, the spinning surface is Spreading of the spinning solution in Step 2 is prevented, the shape of the spun yarn is stabilized, and the thickness is constant, making it possible to obtain a yarn with approximately the required shape and one dimension.

法ともに極めて精度の高いものとなる。In particular, when the thin carbon film 5 is coated not only on the spinning surface 2 but also on the inner surface of the polymer discharge hole 4, the wettability of the spinning solution at the polymer discharge hole 4 is suppressed, so that the spinning solution can be spun from the polymer discharge hole 4. Since the liquid does not gush out (2), the spinning surface 2 of the spinning liquid due to excess spinning liquid
Spinning is safely prevented, and the spun yarn has extremely high precision in all three dimensions.

る。(4) As is clear from the table above, the spinneret of Example 1.2 has significantly less spread of the spinning solution on the spinning surface and less variation than the conventional spinneret. Also, Example 1
The shape of the yarn obtained with the spinneret of , 2 is a perfect circle and normal, whereas the shape of the yarn obtained with the conventional spinneret is often abnormally oval. Furthermore, the dimensions of the yarn obtained by the spinneret of Example 1.2 have a small error with the required dimensions, whereas the dimensions of the yarn obtained with the conventional spinneret have a large error with the required dimensions. It turns out that the accuracy is poor.
