Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光入力信号を受光して電気信号に変換する受光素子と、
    前記電気信号を増幅する前置増幅器とを含む光受信器に
    おいて、ベースに基準電圧が供給され、エミッタを前記
    受光素子の出力側に接続したトランジスタと、前記基準
    電圧を発生する基準電圧源と、前記トランジスタのコレ
    クタと前記基準電圧源との間に接続されたコンデンサま
    たはコンデンサと抵抗の並列回路とを有する自動インピ
    ーダンス変換回路を前置増幅器の入力に接続したことを
    特徴とする光受信器。
