  1. 半導体の光検出素子に抵抗を介して逆バイアス電圧を加
    える光受信回路のバイアス回路に於て、前記抵抗又は前
    記抵抗の一部と並列に、かつ順方向にダイオードを接続
    したことを特徴とするバイアス回路。
