【発明の詳細な説明】
浄化滅菌剤に関するものである。
然るに、醸造は酒類、醤油、みそ、西ヤなどを含むもの
で其の原料は水であり、自然の恵みによる清例渾渾の源
泉を選び吟味して用いら゛れるもので水こそ、醸造を拓
く要素である。

斯様に、醸造に際し水の選択に其の水質に於【する浄イ
ヒと鮮度保持が重要な問題である。

本発明は、前記に述べた如く水の浄化と鮮度保持を目的
とする、より純度の高い水を提供する為に安定化二酸化
塩素（Ｃ工０）を水又は蒸溜水、湯水に使用適度と濃度
にうすめ混入配合するものである。

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 本発明は、安定化二酸化塩素（０工０）でスタビ１ノラ
イズド・クロライン・ディオキサイドである。 消臭・消毒・滅菌・防腐の併用剤で無色、無味、無毒で
水溶液又は粉末、微顆粒状に形成されるもので、醸造に
於＋１ろ水又は蒸溜水、湯水等に使用適量並びに濃度を
うすめ混入配合し用いる浄化滅菌剤。
