【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は現地で水圧鉄管の据付、組立を行う為に使用さ
れるもので、水圧鉄管の運搬、位置合せを行う運搬・据
付台車に関する。

従来、この種の水圧鉄管を施工する場合は台車に水圧鉄
管をロープによって締付は固定し、据付場所迄運搬して
ロープを解き、水圧鉄管を台車から降し、次に予め用意
したジヤツキ等で既設の水圧鉄管との芯出しをしていた

時間を要し、精度も悪いという問題があった。

本考案は斯かる問題を解消すると共に機能の多様化を図
り据付作業を円滑、能率的になさしめる運搬・据付台車
を提供するものであって、走行方向に中央部を切欠き凹
字状に走行自在な台車フレームを形成し、該台車フレー
ム前部側面に仮組の為に水圧鉄管に溶接される溶接板に
係合可能なストッパを設け、前記切欠部を跨ぎ載置され
る水圧鉄管を支持する芯出用ジヤツキを台車フレームの
中央部上面両側に設け、台車フレーム前部に作業ユニッ
ト等の他装置を牽引するユニット巻上ウィンチ及び水圧
鉄管の真円保持用スパイダを撤去するスパイダ撤去装置
を設けてなる水圧鉄管の運搬・据付台車に係るものであ
って、台車フレームの中央部を切欠いていることにより
該切欠部にサポートを配置して水圧鉄管を載置したまま
の状態でサポートに水圧鉄管の支持を移し変え得、又仮
組の際水圧鉄管に溶接される溶接板を利用しストツバを
介して容易に水圧鉄管を台車に固定し得る様にし、更に
台車側の水圧鉄管の支持台としてジヤツキが設けられて
いるので運搬後直ちに芯出し作業を行え、又台車には溶
接機等組付に必要な装置を搭載した作業ユニット等を牽
引し且スパイダを撤去する機能を備えているので、組付
作業を一貫させ得るものである。

サポートの取付を位置決めした状態でできるので狂いが
生じない、スパイダの取外し搬出を能率よくなし得る等
種々の優れた効果を発揮する。
