Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ビーム発生器からの光線ビームを一方向に走査さ
    れる回転走査光線ビームに変換し、この回転走査光線ビ
    ームを利用して被測定物の寸法等を測定するようにした
    光学式測定機における前記光線ビームを反射して回転走
    査光線ビームに変換するモータ駆動の回転ミラーを備え
    た光線ビーム変換装置において、前記モータの回転子を
    、モータの回転軸方向の複数個所で軸受けにより回転自
    在に支持するとともに、該回転子の、前記軸受けのうち
    少なくとも臨接する２個の軸受けにより支持される部分
    で、前記回転ミラーを前記回転子と一体的に設けてなる
    光学式測定機における光線ビーム変換装置。
  2. （２）前記回転ミラーを、前記回転子の外周を多角形鏡
    面とすることにより形成してなる実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の光学式測定機における光線ビーム変換装
    置。
  3. （３）前記回転子の少なくとも前記２個の軸受は間部分
    の外周を円形外周面とするとともに、前記回転ミラーを
    、反射表面とこれと反対の裏面が平行な等厚の複数の平
    面反射鏡を、その裏面が、前記回転子の円形外周面に、
    円周方向に略等間隔に、かつ、該回転子の軸線と平行と
    なるよう線接触させて取付けて構成してなる実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の光学式測定機における光線ビ
    ーム変換装置。
  4. （４）　　前記回転子は、前記モータの固定子に固定さ
    れたスピンドルに、前記軸受けを介して回転自在に嵌装
    されるとともに、該スピンドルの回転子本体から突出し
    た部分が嵌装される筒状部を備え、前記回転ミラーは、
    この筒状部と一体に設けられてなる第１項、第２項また
    は第３項記載の光学式測定機における光線ビーム変換装
    置。
