    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ゛被測定用の高耐圧素子の高電圧・耐圧特性を測定する
    回路において、高電圧発生回路の構成としてＤＣ入力電
    圧に対してＡＣ出力電圧を得る電圧増幅器と該増幅器の
    出力側に１次側入力端子を接続したＡＣ電圧昇圧用のス
    テップアップトランスと該ステップアップトランスの２
    次側出力端子にダイオードとコンデンサを接続した整流
    ・平滑回路とを縦続接続にしたことを特徴とする高耐圧
    素子の測定回路。
