    いて、該絶縁体とワイヤストランドとの間に高吸水性ポ
    リマー含有押出層を有し、ワイヤストランドとシースと
    の間に高吸水性ポリマー含有抑え巻テープを有すること
    を特徴とする走水防止型電カケープル。 ２　高吸水性ポリマー含有押出層が、ベースレジン１０
    ０重量部、ケッチェンブラック１０〜３０重量部または
    アセチレンブラック３０〜１００重量部および高吸水性
    ポリマー３０〜１００重量部から成る請求の範囲第１項
    記載の走水防止型電カケープル。 ３　抑え巻テープの高吸水性ポリマー含有割合が５〜５
    ０重量％である請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の走
    水防止型電カケープル。
