第２図ａｔ　ｂ、　ｃはこめ考案による低雑音増幅器を
示す図である。１は導波管部、２は半導体素子、３はコ
ンデンサ、４はストリップ線路、５はストリップ基板、
６はキャリア、７は変換部、８は止めねじ、９は導波管
フランジ、１０は入力ポート、１１は出力ポート、１２
は励振棒、１３ｉ　１４は導波管遮断部である。なお、
図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して示しで
ある。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 導波管と、この導波管内部に半導体素子及びこの半導体
    素子のリード線部分につながるストリップ線路を設けで
    あるストリップ基板とを有する低雑音増幅器において、
    上記低雑音増幅器の入出力部分のストリップ線路上に励
    振棒を設け、この励振棒により入出力信号の伝播形態の
    変換を行うように構成したことを特徴とする低雑音増幅
    器。
