  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　フレームに遮水シートを張設した曲率寸法の異なる
    複数のアーチ型天蓋と、該天蓋を支持するテニスコート
    等の両側に平行して設けられた支持枠と、該支持枠に設
    シテられた水平滑動レール、または可動索条とからなり
    、少なくとも一部の天蓋の両側下端部を滑動レール上に
    滑動自在に支持するか可動索条に支持し、該可動天蓋の
    移動により天蓋を引き違い状に開閉するようになしたこ
    とを特徴とする開閉型テント構造物。 ２　テニスコート等の両端部において小なる曲率寸法の
    天蓋を支持枠に固定し、偶数個の該固定天蓋より大なる
    曲率寸法の可動天蓋を滑動レール上に支持してなり、テ
    ニスコート等の中央部より両端側へ開閉し得るようにな
    した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の構造物。 ３　テニスコート等の中央部に向って順次曲率寸法を大
    にする天蓋を配するようになした実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第２項記載の構造物。 ４　遮水シートが透光性シートからなる実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項、第２項または第３項記載の構造物。 ５　可動する１ケの天蓋に張設する遮水シートが１枚の
    連続殻状および魚鱗状に複数殻状（屋根に瓦を並べた状
    態）に配列された遮水効果をもたした実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項、第２項または第３項記載の構造物。
