Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 中空の被検査物の開口部をマスキングユニットでマスキ
    ングし、前記被検査物の中空部に流体を供給したまま、
    該被検査物を前記マスキングユニットットの下方に配設
    した浸漬タンクに浸漬して、該被検査物の漏洩箇所を検
    査するようにしたリークテスタにおいて、前記マスキン
    グユニットを、固定ドラムの外側に回転自在に設けられ
    た回動ドラムと、 前記固定ドラムに形成した円周溝に摺動自在に嵌合して
    設けられ、前記回動ドラムと一体的に回動する種類の異
    なる複数のマスキング部と、前記固定ドラムに形成され
    、前記円周溝に連接して前記浸漬タンク側に延びる切欠
    き部と、該切欠き部において前記マスキング部にその回
    動力向より係合可能に臨んで装着され、かつ前記固定ド
    ラムの外側にセットされた被検査物に向けて移動可能に
    設けられた連結ブロックと、該連結ブロックに連結され
    、該連結ブロックを前記被検査物に向けて移動させるた
    めのマスキングシリンダ装置と、 前記マスキングシリンダ装置を前記被検査物と一緒に前
    記浸漬タンク側へ移動させるための浸漬用シリンダ装置
    とから構成したことを特徴とするリークテスタの浸漬装
    置。
