案による巻線型ポテンショメータの抵抗体保持装置の他

６図は第５図の端面図。第７図は外側部材に内側部材を
嵌入させる状態を示す斜視図。第８図は組合された状態

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 円筒形内面に形成された螺旋状溝内に螺旋状抵抗体を保
    持するようになされた射出成形による巻線型ポテンショ
    メータの抵抗体保持装置において、所定の円筒状外側形
    状を有し、円筒状内面に、軸線方向に全長にわたって伸
    長する所定の幅の突条と、一方の端部方向に傾斜する案
    内斜面を有する係止突起爪と、他方の端部内面にストッ
    パー突起とを形成された射出成形による外側部材と、円
    筒状内面に螺旋状抵抗体を保持する螺旋状溝を形成され
    、前記外側部材の内面に嵌合する円筒状外面を有する射
    出成形による内側部材とより成り、前記内側部材には軸
    線方向に全長にわたって伸長する前記突条の幅に対応す
    る幅を有する切欠部と、前記切欠部が前記外側部材の突
    条に嵌合して前記内側部材が前記外側部材内に前記一端
    から押込まれて前記ストッパー突起により制止された時
    に前記係止突起爪を嵌入して前記内側部材の前記外側部
    材からの離脱を阻止する係止凹部とを形成されていて、
    前記内側部材は弾性的に変形して直径の伸縮を可能とさ
    れていて、螺旋状溝の成形後の離型及び外側部材内への
    嵌入固定を容易になしたことを特徴とする巻線型ポテン
    ショメータの抵抗体保持装置。
