    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板部上に対向する突壁部を設けたインシュレータの突
    壁部上に跨がって、中央部にエミッタ物質を被着したリ
    ボン状ヒータを張設したものにおいて、前記突壁部上端
    面にヒータを横切る方向でかつ内側上端面を外側上端面
    より高くなるように段差を設は各上端面と接触するよう
    にヒータを張設したことを特徴とする直熱型カソード。
