ある。Roller devices of various shapes and structures have been used in the past, but roller devices used for feeding in a desired direction on a strip-shaped plating line usually have a width that is significantly larger than the width of the conveyed object (plated object). In most cases, the 1,000 rollers are simply cylindrical rollers, and in order to move multiple objects in parallel in a straight line without meandering, the two-flat rollers are equipped with a pair of left and right guide rollers in the shape of an abacus bead. Although combinations of rollers or stepped rollers are used, it is difficult to move various conveyed objects of different widths in a straight line without meandering when used alone. The reality is that the type of roller is replaced each time, and the guide rollers and stepped rollers are rearranged accordingly.

If it exceeds 100°, the maximum conveyance width W tends to become small, and the adaptability and versatility to conveyed objects 4 of different width sizes are lost. This is undesirable because the difference in height becomes large when receiving and passing objects to be transported.

The shirts are arranged side by side on the shaft 7 with the upwardly inclined parts 6 adjacent to each other, and are rotated together with the shaft T while being supported by the bearing part 3. Four rollers 2 are arranged in the direction of arrow A, and these four rollers 2 are supported by a common bearing part 3 through a shaft 7. Rubber and other anti-shock materials 9 on each side
.. 10 cars are installed and fixed to the base 8 with bolts 11 and 12. A vibrator 13 is mounted on the outside of the base 8 adjacent to the bearing part 3, and is connected to the bottom part 3a of the receiving part 3 via an arm-shaped mounting plate 14.・Bearing part 3
015 are bearing grooves, which are formed at four equal intervals in the direction of arrow A in the bearing part 3 in order to mount the end of the shaft I. . The bearing portions 3 are arranged as a pair of left and right bearings facing each other, but since they have substantially the same structure σ), only the right bearing portion 3 is shown and the left one is omitted. Various types of vibrators can be used as the vibrator 13, and any vibration generator can be used as long as it can apply appropriate vibrations from the bearing section 3 to the shaft to the roller 2.

That is, the lower edges 16 on both left and right sides in the width direction of the conveyed object 4 can be accepted within the range of the maximum conveyance width W even if the width W1 differs for each suitable conveyed object 4, and the lower edges 16 have both upward slopes. 6, and is pushed in the direction of arrow A by the rotation of the rollers 20 (that is, the rotation of both inclinations g+the rotation of the part 6), and the whole is conveyed. Arrow A
The conveyed object 4 being pushed in the direction has both upward slopes 6 3~
It has an inclination angle of 30°, and the vibrator 1
3. Based on the above, automatic centripeting, or centering, is always performed to reduce the meandering amount in the conveying direction so that the widthwise center of the roller 2 and the widthwise center of the conveyed object 40 match. You will have to adjust your position on your own. Therefore, the conveyance speed of each conveyed object 4 is also kept approximately constant, and when a plurality of rows of rollers 2 are provided via the shaft 7 and the conveyed objects 4 are caused to flow in each row, the conveyed objects 4 in each row are This means that there is no variation in the conveyance speed of the objects 4, and they can all be moved straight and conveyed at substantially the same speed while maintaining an aligned state, making it easy to perform plating and other types of processing on the objects 4 in each row at the same time.

The conveyed object that can be accepted and conveyed, and that is accepted within this maximum conveyance width, has its lower edges at both ends in the width direction supported by both upward slopes of the roller, and while being pushed in the conveyance direction, the conveyed object is It automatically centripetes according to the inclination angle of the upward slope and also according to the vibration of the roller from the bearing part, and the amount of meandering is reduced by position control, so the object to be conveyed can move straight and be conveyed at a constant speed. There is.
