  1. 内周電極１、その周囲に形成された抵抗膜２及び該抵抗
    膜２の周囲に形成された外周電極３からなる抵抗体に於
    いて、前記抵抗膜２に、前記内周電極１又は外周電極３
    との境界線上の所定の一点を出発点とする渦巻線に沿っ
    てトリミング溝２ａを設けたことを特徴とするトリミン
    グされた抵抗体。
