    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 両端が電極に接続された抵抗膜にその側縁から内方に延
    在するように抵抗値調整用のトリミング部を形成してな
    る厚膜抵抗体において、′上記トリミング部を、少なく
    ともその一部が上記電極間方向に対し傾斜するように形
    成してなることを特徴とする厚膜抵抗体。
