、１２は接点部、１３は弾性導電片、１４はナツト１．
１５は螺合軸、１６は回動軸、１７は穴部、１８は受入

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ドニナツ状に中央部を開口したアルミニウム合金ディス
    ク基板の片面に添設される治具本体と該基板の他面に添
    装される蓋体を有し、前記治具本体の中心部に回動軸と
    螺合軸とを突設し、該回動軸には偏心カムを回動可能に
    設けると共に該偏心カムによる受動域に部分的に位置せ
    しめられた弾性導電片を備え、該弾性導電片には上記治
    具本体に装着された前記ディスク基板に接触する接点部
    を形成し、前記した治具本体と蓋体にそれぞれ上記ディ
    スク基板における開口部周側に位置せしめられる環状シ
    ール材を配設し、上記螺合軸に蓋体を治具本体に向けて
    締着するナツトを螺合させて成るアルミニウム合金磁気
    ディスク基板の電解処理治具。
