Claims (1)
- ステッピングモータと、該ステッピングモータにより回
転駆動される送りねじと、該送りねじを螺挿し該送りね
じの回転によりサーボシリンダのピストンに対して移動
するサブスプールと、該サブスプールの移動に追従して
移動するピストンとによつ゛Ｃ油圧ならい機構を構成し
た送りねじ式サーボシリンダにおいて、前記送りねじを
、前記サブスプールの軸心から偏心した位置に螺挿した
