ｂは黒色線を示している。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 白色部と黒色部を所定パターイで形成した基準パターン
    を、赤外線カメラのキャップの内面に付設し、前記基準
    パターンを前記赤外線カメラで撮影することにより赤外
    線装置の性能を測定することを特徴とする赤外線装置の
    性能測定用治具。
