Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被測定物の投影像を得るために被測定物に垂直
に平行光を投光する投光手段と、 所定方向に並設された受光素子を有し前記投影
像の周縁がその受光素子上に形成される受光手段
と、 前記受光素子上の投影像周縁の受光位置により
当該投影像の輪郭を測定する輪郭測定手段と、 その測定輪郭に基づき投影像の面積を算出する
算出手段と、を具備したことを特徴とする投影面
積測定装置。
