    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 外部より印加される回転磁界により磁気バブル結晶面上
    に配置された磁性体パターンを磁化して該結晶内に存在
    する磁気バブルを駆動するようにした磁気バブルメモリ
    装置において、上記磁気バブル結晶の磁気バブル動作領
    域を包囲し不用に存在する磁気バブルを取込みその配置
    された方向に沿って取込んだのちの磁気バブルを周回さ
    せる周回伝播路を該結晶面の周縁に形成したことを特徴
    とする磁気バブルメモリ装置。
