The ground temperature remains constant at about 13-15°C throughout the year, although there are some differences depending on geographical conditions. In contrast, the outside temperature can exceed 306C in summer and drop below freezing in winter. Therefore, the air used for air conditioning inside the building is passed through this underground bit, during which the high temperature outside air in summer is cooled by geothermal heat, and the low temperature outside air in winter is heated by geothermal heat. be.

In the illustrated example, the inlets 16 of all the ducts 18a to 18C, excluding the uppermost attic duct 18d, are connected to one common air supply duct 21 integrally formed with the frame. The lower end portion is connected to the discharge port of the heat exchanger 15 through a connecting pipe 22 . Therefore, when the heat exchanger is in operation, conditioned air a3 that has passed through the heat exchanger using the outside air a2 that has passed through the underground pit is discharged into the air supply duct 21, and from each population 16 to the ducts 18a to 18.

Therefore, if there is a temperature difference between the body temperature and the conditioned air, sensible heat is exchanged between the floor 3 and the conditioned air a4, and therefore, there is also a difference between the floor and the air in the room. When there is a temperature difference between the two, heat transfer occurs between the two. Heat flow also occurs in the floor plate 19 or ceiling plate 20 forming the air supply duct.

In this way, the heat carried by the conditioned air a4 while flowing through the air supply duct is absorbed while being evenly distributed within the floor 3, which has a large heat capacity, and is sent into the room from the entire surface of the floor. In addition, in rooms on each floor, heat is radiated both from the floor and the ceiling. Therefore, indoor air conditioning is performed with extremely high efficiency.

Of course, in general, the amount of heat generated in each room often differs depending on the number of people on each floor, various devices, windows, etc., and hours of sunlight, so adjustments need to be made according to the air conditioning conditions of each room. It is. Therefore, temperature sensors (not shown) are installed at appropriate positions in each room, and each air duct 18a is
A valve (1) controlled by the temperature sensor is installed at the entrance of the air supply duct 21 to the air supply duct 21 of each floor to supply conditioned air of black 10-10-200 cm that matches the air conditioning conditions of that floor. ing.

In the building in which this invention is implemented, sliding doors 23 or stems equipped with double-glazed glass are installed on the windows 4, as shown in FIG. is installed by fitting, increasing the insulation performance of the window. However, even with double glazing, it is not possible to completely prevent heat flow through the window.
Heat from the sun gets in, and in extremely cold regions, condensation forms inside the room.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the outlet 17 of the feed duct opens toward the interior of the room from the lower side of the window 4 located as far away from the entrance 16 as possible and close to the entrance 24 of the room. This allows the conditioned air a4 to flow from the outlet 17.
Since the water is discharged along the window surface, condensation on the glass is prevented, and hot or cold heat that enters through the window is carried away from the doorway 24 to the staircase 25 before being dispersed into the room, and the air conditioning near the window is carried out. The effect of preventing the condition from worsening locally can be obtained.

With the above configuration, the air conditioner according to the present invention has the following features:
By running the system during the cool nights in the summer and storing cold energy throughout the building, a comfortable temperature can be maintained indoors during the day when the building is in use. Due to the large amount of heat storage, heat generated by occupants and equipment or heat entering through windows is easily absorbed by the frame, so the room temperature does not rise for a long time.

If necessary, by simply circulating the air inside the pill using the heat exchanger 15, it is possible to prevent a difference in room temperature between the upper and lower floors over time. In addition, during periods of extreme heat, if the heat exchanger 15 is operated during the day, the outside air cooled by geothermal heat in the underground bit will be used for heat exchange with the air inside the building, so the building frame will benefit from the earth. By storing additional cold energy, the entire building can be ideally cooled at extremely low cost.

In addition, in winter, by operating the heat exchanger, the heat of the earth is applied to the air inside the building at the heat exchanger through the outside air passing through the underground bit, and the heat is stored in the entire building frame as described above. Since the ground temperature is 13 to 15 degrees Celsius, heat from human bodies, various devices, and sunlight entering through windows is generated inside the building, so the room temperature rises to an appropriate temperature.

As described above, according to the present invention, the frame is made of a material with the largest heat capacity, the outdoor side of the frame is covered with a heat insulating material, and the air supply duct is integrally formed at the base of each floor. Since the system is designed to supply conditioned air to this building, it is easy to store heat throughout the building, and cold or warm heat is supplied into the room from the entire floor and ceiling, providing efficient air conditioning. . In addition, since the outside air used for heat exchange with the air inside the building is given geothermal heat in the underground bit, it is very easy to make the building a constant temperature body, and since it uses geothermal heat, it is extremely economical and remarkable. Energy saving effect can be obtained.

Person making the amendment Relationship to the case Patent Name of applicant Sato Kogyo Co., Ltd. 4, Agent 〒104 ( 2) Supplement the drawing as shown in the attached sheet. Description 1, Name of the invention Air conditioner for a building 2, Claims (1) (a) The frame of a building (hereinafter referred to as a building),
In addition to being made of a material with a large heat capacity, the outdoor surface of the building frame is covered with a heat insulating material so that the entire building frame can be used as a heat storage body; an underground pit having an inlet and an outlet on the other side, and providing geothermal heat to the outside air flowing in from the outside air inlet between the outside air inlet and the outlet; (c) each floor of the building frame; ducts having an entrance on one side of the building and an exit on the other side are formed on the floor and ceiling of the top floor, and (d) circulate ventilation air as a heat medium into the building through each of the ducts. An air conditioner for a building, comprising a heat exchanger for exchanging heat between exhaust air used for ventilation and outside air given geothermal heat in the underground 1-bit. (2) The inlet of the floor duct is provided on one side of the room and connected to the discharge side of the heat exchanger, and the outlet is opened upward in the room at the bottom of every window on the upper floor. The opening and the entrance of the attic duct on the top floor are connected to the stairway or vertical duct, the stairway or vertical duct, and the attic duct are used as air ducts, and the outlet of the attic duct is connected to the suction side of the heat exchanger. An air conditioner for a building according to claim 1, characterized in that: (3) The air conditioner for a building according to claim 1, characterized in that the underground pit is equipped with natural or forced heat exchange means for exchanging heat between outside air and groundwater and soil. (4) Detailed description of the air conditioner 2-3 for a building according to claim 1, characterized in that an auxiliary heat supply means is connected to the heat exchanger. air conditioner (
Hereinafter, it will be referred to as the empty m device. ). In conventional buildings, insulation between the indoor and outdoor areas is achieved by installing a heat insulating material on the indoor side of the outer wall of a reinforced concrete structure, or by attaching a concrete outer wall mixed with a heat insulating material to a steel frame structure. However, since the building blocks are in direct contact with the outside air, the building blocks' temperature follows the outside air temperature closely, and since building blocks generally have a large heat capacity, the building blocks as a whole become hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Therefore, when performing air conditioning in conventional buildings, there is a large tall difference between the building structure and indoor air, so the heat from the building structure tends to flow into the room in the summer, increasing the cooling load.
In addition, in winter, heat generated from occupants and various devices and heating heat leak into the building frame, resulting in a large heating load and a large amount of energy consumed for cooling and heating. 3- On the other hand, if insulation is installed on the outdoor side of the structure (
'', the heat flow rate between the building block and the outside air decreases, and the building block still has a large heat capacity, so the ability of the building block to follow changes in outside temperature decreases. Focusing on this point, an air conditioning system has been proposed that improves the insulation of the building by insulating the exterior side of the building frame, and also makes the building a constant temperature body and saves on heating and cooling energy. However, the proposals to date have only improved the building's insulation method, and the air conditioning equipment itself has been of a conventional structure and has been placed in the same way as before, so the advantages of using an outdoor insulation method have not been achieved. It was not possible to achieve sufficient performance, and the energy saving effect was also small. In view of the above points, this invention improves the structure of the circulating air flow path and actively utilizes the constant temperature of geothermal heat and underground water, thereby significantly promoting the constant temperature of the entire building. It is an object of the present invention to provide an air conditioner in which the advantages of the outdoor side insulation system are fully exhibited, ideal air conditioning is performed, and a remarkable energy saving effect is obtained. Next, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. (a) Converting a building into a heat storage body In the present invention, firstly, at least the columns (not shown), the outer wall 1, the roof 2, and the floor 3 of the building frame A are made of steel frames or reinforced concrete, etc. It is made of a large material and its outdoor surface, that is, the part that comes into contact with the outside air of the building, is covered with a heat insulating material B, so that the entire building constitutes a heat storage body whose outer surface is covered with the heat insulating material. Of course/υ, the entrance/exit of the building (not shown) is also equipped with an ordinary sliding door or a door that can be opened and closed, and the window 4 is equipped with a sliding door or a door equipped with highly insulating glass so that it can be opened and closed. ”
It can be fitted with glass or glass to let in sunlight. Thermal insulation material B is a material commonly used for building insulation, and is constructed by a normal method. An example of insulation construction of the outer wall 1, roof 2, and floor piping] to 19 is shown in cross-sectional views in FIGS. 2(a), (b), and (c). The heat insulating material B1 of the outer wall 1 is preferably an RC panel 6 on which a maturing exterior panel 5 is fixed on the outdoor side surface. The concrete 1 of the outer wall 1 is
The wall thickness is, for example, 150 mm, and the FRC panel thickness is, for example, 5 mm.
It is 8mm. In addition, roof insulation construction - for example,
After a waterproof layer 7 is formed on the upper surface of a concrete roof 2 with a thickness of 130 mm, for example, a heat insulating material B2 with a thickness of 60 mm and a concrete finish layer 8 with a thickness of 80 mm are laminated. Furthermore, the bottom of the floor pipe]・19 is attached to the ceiling material 2.
As an example, a 30 mm thick heat insulating material B3 is bonded to the lower surface of 0. The insulation construction shown in FIG. 2 and the above-mentioned dimensions are merely examples, and may vary depending on the structure of the building frame, the constituent materials, the material of the insulation material used, the thermal conductivity, the climate region, etc. (b) Utilization of geothermal heat by underground bits In this invention, secondly, the underground part of the building has an outside air inlet 9 on the - side and an outlet 10 on the other side, so that the inlet can be connected to the inlet. An underground pit 13 which is in contact with the earth 12 is provided between the outlet and directly or indirectly through the bottom plate 11. This underground bit is for providing geothermal heat to the outside air a1 flowing in from the outside air inlet 9 while moving it toward the outlet 10. The ground temperature varies slightly depending on the geographic region ('l),
For example, the temperature is constant at about 13 to 15°C throughout the year. On the other hand, the outside temperature can exceed 30 degrees Celsius in summer and drop below freezing in winter. Therefore, the air used for air conditioning inside the building is passed through this underground bit, during which the high temperature outside air in summer is cooled by geothermal heat, and the low temperature outside air in winter is heated by geothermal heat. be. The heat exchange between the outside air a1 and the earth 12 in the underground pits 1 to 13 may be performed only by natural heat exchange by conduction or radiation. Forced heat exchange means may be installed, such as circulating water through a jet or passing groundwater through a finned pipe installed in the underground bit. 7- (0) Ventilation/Heat Exchange An air conditioning room 14 is provided next to the underground bit 13, and this air conditioning room is filled with the return of the air inside the building and the outside air a2 that has passed through the underground bit and has been given geothermal heat. A heat exchanger 15 is installed to exchange and exchange heat with internal ventilation air. That is, this heat exchanger has the function of circulating the air in the building in order to equalize its temperature i and oxygen content, and the function of exchanging a part of the outside air a2 after passing through the underground bit with the exhaust air a6 for ventilation inside the building. and a function of exchanging heat between the outside air a2 after passing through the underground pit and the circulating air inside the building. Furthermore, when taking in outside air or circulating air within a building, dehumidification or humidification is usually performed as necessary. Therefore, this heat exchanger 15 also has dehumidification and humidification functions. (d) Circulating air flow path And, in this invention, on the floor 3 of each floor of the above-mentioned frame A, -
Ducts 18a, 18b having an inlet 16 on one side, ie, the side closer to said heat exchanger 15, and an outlet 17 on the other side, ie, the side farther from the heat exchanger. 18c is formed, and -
A duct 1 having an inlet 16' on one side, i.e., the side far from the heat exchanger, and an outlet 17' on the other side, i.e., the side closer to the heat exchanger.
8d is formed. These ducts 18a to 18d are different from the conventional space composed of ducts that are structurally independent from the building frame, and are composed of the remaining space after piping and wiring of the floor or ceiling piping and wiring space. . That is, as shown in FIG. 1 in the case of a three-story building as an example, a duct 18a1 formed of the floor pipe I to the plate 19 on the lowest floor is installed on the intermediate floor and under the floor on the top floor. Ducts 18b and 18c formed by the roof 2 and the ceiling board 20, and a duct 18d formed by the roof 2 and the ceiling board 20' are provided in the attic of the top floor, respectively. Therefore, when the heat exchanger is in operation, conditioned air a3 that has passed through the heat exchanger using the outside air a2 that has passed through the underground bit is discharged into the air supply duct 21, and from each population 16 to the ducts 18a to 18.
c. That is, in the illustrated example, the ducts other than the uppermost attic duct 18d are air supply ducts for supplying the conditioned air a3 into the interior of the frame. (e) Air conditioning effect, and the conditioned air a4 flowing in each air supply duct is at the outlet 1.
While moving towards 7, it touches the floor which has the largest contact area to the room air. Therefore, if there is a temperature difference between the body temperature and the conditioned air, sensible heat is exchanged between the floor 3 and the conditioned air a4, and therefore there is also a temperature difference between the floor and the indoor air. When there is, heat transfer occurs between them. Similar heat transfer occurs between the ceiling 10 and the valve plate 20 forming the air supply duct. It is. Therefore, temperature sensors (not shown) are installed at appropriate positions in each room, and temperature sensors (not shown) are installed in each air duct 18.
A valve (2) controlled by the temperature sensor is installed at the inlets of a to 18c, and conditioned air is supplied from the air supply duct 21 to the air supply duct of each floor at a rate that matches the air conditioning conditions of the floor. There is. For detailed adjustment, a regulating valve v1 is installed at the outlet 17 opened in the window of the feeding duct. 11- In the building where this invention is implemented, the windows 4 are equipped with highly insulating glass such as light reflective glass or double glazing as shown in Figure 3 as part of all creative efforts to improve energy saving effects. A sliding door 23 or a sliding door is attached, or highly insulating glass is installed by fitting to improve the heat insulating performance of the window. However, even with this, it is not possible to completely prevent heat flow through the window, and solar heat or cold air enters the window, causing dew condensation on the indoor side in cold regions. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the outlets 17 of the feed ducts 1 are opened toward the interior of the room at the lower side of the window 4. As a result, the conditioned air a4 flows from the outlet 17 along the window surface. Since it is discharged, condensation on the glass is prevented.
Alternatively, the hot or cold heat that enters through the window is blocked inside the window, thereby preventing the occurrence of temperature differences in the room due to locally poor air conditioning conditions near the window. The conditioned air discharged into the room flows at a very low speed inside the room toward the entrance/exit 24 for people and other frontages, and flows out from the opening to the outside. The outlets of the air supply ducts 1 to 1 should not be opened indoors, but should be connected to the staircase room 2.
5 or a corridor connected thereto that is separated from the room. In FIG. 3, 31 is a slider that connects the air supply ducts to 18 with the indoor air in the summer, and 32 is a movable damper. The used air a5 discharged from the outlet of the air supply duct on each floor is passed into the stairwell 25. That is, in this embodiment, the air supply duct 1-2 with respect to the room
On the opposite side of 1, there is a staircase 25 that connects each floor in a straight line.
Used air is used as the air return duct 1, eliminating the need to manufacture and install a separate independent return air duct, which was conventional, and reducing equipment costs. The second attic duct 18d has an entrance 16' opening into the stairwell 25, and an exit 17' opening into the upper end of the J! air duct 26 installed adjacent to the air supply duct 1-21. The F end of this air duct is connected to the inlet of the heat exchanger 15 through a connecting pipe 27. That is, in the illustrated embodiment, the air duct is connected to the uppermost attic duct I to 18d. The air a5 discharged from each room to the staircase is passed through the dows 1 to 18d and returned to the heat exchanger via the air duct 26)
! I'm letting you do it. By using such a circulating air flow path, the structures of the ducts 18a to 18d on all floors can be made the same, making it possible to reduce construction costs. In addition, by bringing the conditioned air into contact with as wide an area as possible, such as the floor, staircase, roof, and bulkhead, the entire pill is promoted to become a heat storage body, and is configured to easily become a constant temperature body with a uniform constant temperature. ing. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments with respect to the air flow path. For example, the air supply duct 18a~
With each exit of 18c)! Between the entrance of the air duct 18d,
Instead of using the staircase, a vertical duct similar to the air supply duct 21 may be used, or alternatively, the air supply duct 21 may be extended to the uppermost attic ducts 1 to 186, and this The top duct 18 (1 is used as an air supply duct like the ducts 1 to 18a to 18C on each floor, and the used air discharged from the outlet of each duct is provided separately)! Or through the uppermost duct 18d, one of which is used as the air supply duct, and one of the uppermost ducts is used as the luck duct, and then)! The air may be returned to the luck duct 26 from the air duct. With the above configuration, the air conditioner according to the present invention has the following features:
By running the system during the cool nights in the summer and storing cold energy throughout the building, a comfortable temperature can be maintained indoors during the day when the building is in use. Due to the large heat storage imbalance, heat generated by occupants and equipment or heat entering through windows is easily absorbed into the building structure, so the room temperature rises over a long period of time without using outside air cooled by underground bits. There is no. In addition, when the room temperature rises, by operating the heat exchanger, the outside air cooled by geothermal heat in the underground bit is used for heat exchange with the air inside the building. By storing additional cold energy, the entire building can be ideally cooled at extremely low cost. In addition, in winter, by operating the heat exchanger, the outside air heated by geothermal heat while passing through the underground bit gives heat to the air inside the building in the heat exchanger, so heat is stored in the entire building frame as described above. Although the ground temperature is, for example, 13 to 15° C., the room temperature rises to an appropriate temperature within a building because heat is generated from human bodies, various devices, and solar heat that enters through windows. If the heat exchanger exchanges outside air that has been given geothermal heat in an underground bit with a portion of the exhaust air for ventilation within the building, it is possible to secure the required amount of oxygen within the building. 28 in FIG. 1 is an auxiliary heat supply means such as a heat pump, a tarp, or a heater, and the heat exchanger 15
This auxiliary heat supply means is connected to the heat exchanger to supply auxiliary heat to the heat exchanger on particularly hot or cold days when the temperature inside the building cannot be brought to the appropriate temperature by using geothermal energy alone. be able to. 29 is a solar water heater, 29' is a hot water storage tank, and 30 is an underground water supply pipe connected to a heat pump when a heat pump is used as an auxiliary heat supply means. V' utilization is a temperature controlled valve. As described above, according to the present invention, the frame is formed of a material with a large heat capacity, the outdoor side of the frame is covered with a heat insulating material, and the air supply duct is integrally formed at the base of each floor. Since conditioned air is supplied to the building, it is easy to store heat throughout the building, and cold or warm heat is supplied to the room from the entire floor and ceiling, reducing the temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the room. Efficient air conditioning is performed. Also,
The outside air that is used for heat exchange with the air inside the building is given geothermal heat in the underground bit, making it very easy to make the building a constant temperature body, and since it uses geothermal heat, it is extremely economical and has a remarkable energy saving effect. is obtained. 4.
