Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）上パンチと下パンチ及びダイスを使用して、ダイ
    ス孔内に充填させた粉末を二方向から圧縮成型する粉末
    成型装置において、同心円状に環状の溝部と中心孔を設
    け、かつ前記環状の溝部底面部に穿孔部を設は孔を有す
    るダイスを配設し、かつ前記中心孔に回転軸を支持した
    厚板のり゛イスプレートと、前記環状の溝部底面部を摺
    動する複数の摺り切り羽根板を外周部に千鳥状に配向さ
    せて吊持し、かつ前記ダイスプレート上に近接して中心
    孔を回転軸に固着させた回転円板と、前記環状の溝部内
    に供給された粉末に下端面が接触する位置に中心支点を
    前記回転円板の外周に吊下げ固着した断面がほぼＬ字状
    板からなる粉末レベル検出片とを含むことを特徴とする
    粉末成型装置。
  2. （２）前記複数の摺り切り羽根板は、回転円板の回転方
    向に対して内にＯ〜７０°の角度を有し、かつ環状の溝
    部の内側に近接して配置した第１の摺り切り羽根板と、
    回転円板の回転方向に対して外にＯ〜７０°の角度を有
    し、かつ環状の溝部の外側に近接して配置した第２の摺
    り切り羽根板と回転円板の回転方向に対して略直角であ
    り、かつ環状の溝部底面部に密着して配置した第３の摺
    り切り羽根板からなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の粉末成型装置。
