The predetermined length at this time is determined in consideration of the fact that the metal tube portions will not be affected by heat during connection, for example brazing connection. Further, the subsequent step of connecting metal tubes via a connecting tube is a step of connecting the exposed ends of the metal tubes with each other using a connecting tube.

The cylindrical body consisting of the heat insulating layer and the jacket tube which is covered with the connecting pipe 2 may be stepped at both ends before being plugged. Furthermore, ``The process of processing a connecting insulation tube that covers an exposed metal pipe refers to a connecting insulation tube made of a heat insulating layer including a jacket tube extracted from a metal pipe, or both ends of the insulation layer of a similar type of connecting insulation tube. In this step, the step shape formed in the step step is subjected to a step step process in which iron is interlocked, and the step is divided into two.

This member, that is, the member that forms the heat insulating cylinder by itself, will be utilized as the connecting heat insulating cylinder B, as will be described later. In addition, as shown in Fig. 3, the heat insulating pipe A with a part of the metal pipe 1 exposed is covered with a synthetic resin jacket tube that matches the pipe diameter of the heat insulating pipe A from the exposed end of the metal pipe, as shown in Fig. 3. Insert the connection ring C and connection pipe cover D. The above-mentioned outer tube connection rings C, C and connecting tube cover D are not necessarily necessary for the present invention, but they can reinforce the connecting portion of the outer tube in the subsequent process, so they are provided as described above. This is desirable.

Furthermore, it goes without saying that this connecting pipe may be of any shape, such as a straight pipe or a tooth shape, in addition to the elbow shape. Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the heat insulating layer 3 is placed on the connecting pipe E.
Correspondingly, a heat insulating layer F, which has been previously formed and prepared so as to match the shape of the tube E and have the same diameter and quality as the heat insulating layer 3, is covered.

It is advisable to cover the steps 4 and 4, and to temporarily fold back the stepped portions 4 and 4 as shown in the same figure. Furthermore, the insulation layers 3, 3 of the insulation pipes A, A corresponding to the insulation layer F' are also provided with tiers 5, 5 corresponding to the tiers 4, 4 at their ends.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, the connecting heat insulating tube B (which may be prepared separately) is divided into two halves with a part covered by the jacket tube 2, and both ends thereof are are steps 6 and 7 that match the shapes of steps 4 and 5 above.
After that, as shown schematically in FIG. Between each of the jacket tubes 2, 2 of the heat insulation tube B and the heat insulation tube A, the jacket tube connection ring C is similarly covered with adhesive, and between the connection heat insulation tube B and the heat insulation layer F, Then, the folded portion of the connecting pipe cover D is returned to its original position around a part of the jacket pipe 2 of the connecting heat insulating cylinder B, and the parts are similarly coated with adhesive and bonded to each other.

は詳述するまでもない。The form after connection obtained in this way is shown in FIG. In the above embodiment, the connecting heat insulating cylinder B and the heat insulating layer F are separated, but for example, as shown in FIG. Needless to say, it is possible to integrally form a straight pipe portion corresponding to , and to provide the ends thereof with steps that match the shape of the steps 5, 5.
