状磁極片テーパー付延展部、７・・・２分割マグネット

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 真空外囲器内に電子ビームを発生する電子銃と高周波を
    増幅する遅波回路と、電子ビームを捕獲するコレクター
    電極を有し、且つ電子ビームを集束する周期磁界装置か
    ら成る進行波管に於て、前記周期磁界装置を構成する磁
    極は、軸方向にテーパ一部を設けた延展部を両側面に有
    する環状磁極片を中心線上で２分割したものと、更に前
    記磁極片のテーパ一部に対応するテーパ付延展部を一側
    面に具備した２ケの磁極片を前記磁極の両側に対称に配
    置嵌合せしめ、かかる構造の磁極に中心線上で分割した
    環状マグネットを組合せしめ、軸方向に締付けした際に
    前記２分割した磁極片が径方向に締まり真空外囲器と磁
    極が、機械的に締付けられることを特徴とする進行波管
    。
