第１図および第２図は単位電池を柱状に積層した燃料電
池の構成を示した図であり、第１図はその分解斜視図、
第２図はその平面図、第３図は上記燃料電池において、
従来技術によるシール構造を示す部分拡大斜視図、第４
図以降は本考案による実施例を示す図であり、第４図は
本考案によるガスシール構造を用いた燃料電池の断面平
面図、第５−よ電池積層体とマニホールドとの結合を離
した状態を示す分解斜視図、第６図は座を介装した電池
積層体とマニホールドとの間のガスシール構造を示す部
分拡大斜視断面図である。 １：電池積層体、２：酸化ガス供給用マニホールド、３
二酸化ガス排気用マニホールド、４：燃料ガス供給用マ
ニホールド、５：燃料ガス排気用マニホールド、６：シ

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）単位電池を柱状に積層した燃料電池積層体の側面
    から反応ガスを給排するマニホールド蓋の開口フランジ
    面と前記側面の周縁部に施されたシール層との間のガス
    シール構造であって、電池積層体と熱膨張係数のほぼ等
    しい材料からなる枠状の座を前記開口フランジ面と前記
    シール層との間に介装し、該座のシール層側の面を該シ
    ール層と密着されるシール面とし、開口フランジ面側の
    面を該開口フランジ面と微摺動可能なシール面としたこ
    とを特徴とする燃料電池のマニホールドのガスシール構
    造。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のガスシール
    構造において、座の藺ロフランジ面側の表面がふっ素樹
    脂材料により被覆されたことを特徴とする燃料電池のマ
    ニホールドのガスシール構造。
  3. （３）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のガスシール
    構造において、座の開口フランジ面側の面と開口フラン
    ジ面との間がパツキンによりガスシールされることを特
    徴とする燃料電池のマニホールドのガスシール構造。
