Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被洗浄物を溶剤中に浸漬して洗浄し、ついで、蒸発槽に
    おいて発生させた前記溶剤と同種の溶剤蒸気により凝縮
    洗浄を行なうように構成した密閉式洗浄装置において、
    前記蒸発槽の底板を熱伝達面として、その下部に密閉氷
    室を設けるとともに、その密閉水室内に、水を加熱する
    加熱装置を設けた洗浄用加熱装置。
