DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Application of the Invention] The present invention relates to an elevator system, and more particularly to an elevator system in which the arrangement of the machine room is changed when the hoistway is arranged in a line in a plane.

By the way, in a hoistway group arranged in this way, each machine room is usually installed at the top of the hoistway. The machine room 8 of the high-rise hoistway 3.4 is formed at the top of the building 1, and since the surrounding area is not a residential floor, it can be designed relatively easily and larger than the hoistway cross section, and the hoisting machine 9 and the installation of attached equipment does not pose any particular problem. However, the low-rise hoistways 5 and 6 are only halfway up the floor, and the surrounding area is the elevator hall 7 and living space, so the third
As shown in the figure, if the machine room is to be made larger than the cross section of the hoistway in order to install the hoisting machine and auxiliary equipment 14, the tops of the opposing low-rise hoistways may be communicated to create an integrated machine room 12'. i must be formed. In this way, a machine room 12 with a cross section larger than the cross section of all the low-rise hoistways 5 and 6 is formed,
This makes it possible to secure installation locations for each of the hoisting machines 13A to 13C and the attached equipment 14. However, in order to connect the machine rooms of the low-rise hoistways 5.6 that face each other at a distance, a part of the elevator hall 7 has to be blocked by the machine room 12, thereby eliminating the utility value of the elevator hall 7.

On the other hand, as shown in Fig. 4, it is also possible to arrange the high-rise hoistway = 3゜4 and the low-rise hoistway 5 and 6 to form the same group, but in this case also, as shown in Fig. 5゜6. As shown, the machine room 12 of the low-rise hoistway 5.6 extends toward the elevator hall 7 and blocks the entire elevator hall 7.

Therefore, in order to prevent the elevator hall 7f from being blocked, it is conceivable to form a machine room 12' extending toward the living space, as shown by the two-dot chain line in Fig. 5.6. However, in this case, the living space into which the machine room 12' extends has a special shape, which makes the design and construction difficult from an architectural point of view, and users tend to avoid it.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention makes the machine room of each hoistway a common machine room that is formed to have almost the same cross-sectional shape as all the hoistways when viewed from above, and also provides a common machine room. is formed in two levels, upper and lower, at the height of the second floor, and a plurality of hoisting shapes are distributed and arranged in the upper and lower machine rooms, and the element body that penetrates the lower machine room is surrounded by a protective body. That's what I did.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8. Incidentally, since the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 1 to 6 indicate the same parts, repeated explanation will be omitted. The arrangement of each hoistway is the same as in Figures 4 to 6, with a high-rise hoistway 4 provided over almost the entire height of the building 1, and a low-rise hoistway 5.6 provided halfway up the building 1. is a column array. In this embodiment, the hoistway 5.6 is not separated by a special partition wall, and the inside of the hoistway 6 is also configured so that two cars can go up and down without any separation. As a commercial hoistway, a king's car is raised and lowered. Between the high-rise hoistway 4 and the low-rise hoistway groups 5 and 6, there is an elevator located on the same floor as the floor 2 of the living space.
A hole 7 is formed so that it can be passed through. Inside the high-rise hoistway 4, a passenger car 11 and a counterweight CW are suspended by a lobe 10, and this rope 10 is wound around a hoisting machine installed in a machine room provided at the top of the building 1. is used to raise and lower the seat 11 and the counterweight CW.

On the other hand, a common machine room having the same cross-sectional shape as all of these hoistways is formed at the top of the low-rise hoistways 5, 6A, and 6B. It is formed using.

The common machine room forms two vertically adjacent machine rooms 17 and 18, each having the same floor surface as the floor 2 of the building 1. Each of the machine rooms 17 and 18 has machine room floors 17F and 18F that span the respective hoistways 5, 6A, and 6BIC, and the hoistway 6 is located in the center of the upper machine room floor 17F.

13c is installed, and a plurality of hoisting machines are distributed and arranged. Each of these hoisting machines 13A to 13C has a husband rope 15.
The basket is wrapped in a hanging style, and there is a basket on each end.
Due to the arrangement of the hoisting machine in which G and the counterweight CW are connected and suspended, the lower machine room floor 18
Rope holes 19 and 20 for all hoisting machines are provided in F, and rope holes 2 for the hoisting machine 13B are provided in the upper machine room floor 17I'.

Then, the rope 15 of the hoisting machine 13B passing through the lower machine room 18 is connected to both machine room floors 17F, 18. The protective body 22 installed between F is surrounded by, for example, a perforated steel plate formed into a cylindrical shape or a cylindrical frame with a wire mesh attached, so that a worker cannot touch the rope 15 or a machine can prevent the rope 15 from touching the rope 15. I try not to hurt the person.

Since the two-stage machine room 17.18 has the same cross-sectional shape as the total lift approximately 5.6 on the extension of 6B, there is no change at all to the elevator hall 7 or the store owner's space when forming the machine room. The design and construction of Building 1 will no longer be complicated. In addition, by distributing the hoisting machines vertically, a relatively large space is created around each hoisting machine, and this space can be used to install attached equipment that is difficult to install between adjacent hoisting machines. In addition to being able to install the hoisting machine and the attached equipment, the work space is widened and the work can be carried out in a comfortable posture during installation work and maintenance inspection of the hoisting machine and attached equipment.

In addition, by distributing the hoisting machines, the propagation of noise and vibration to the adjacent living spaces on the left and right is reduced compared to when the hoisting machines are arranged in a concentrated manner, and the range of use of the living spaces can be increased.

By the way, although the above-described embodiment has been described with respect to a low-rise elevator system that operates up to the middle floor of the building 1, it is also possible to apply the present invention to a high-rise elevator system that operates up to the top floor of the building 1.

As explained above, the present invention forms a common machine room having almost the same cross-sectional shape as the plurality of hoistways at the top of a plurality of adjacent hoistways, and places this machine room on the second floor of a building. It was formed into two upper and lower tiers of equivalent height, the hoisting machines were distributed in the machine room formed in the two tiers, and the element body that penetrated the lower machine room was surrounded by a protective body, so that the surrounding area could be protected. A machine room with a large installation area and high safety can be obtained without making any changes to the beta hall or living space.
