However, most of the existing cosmetic puffs are made of rubber foam or cavernous body that has an almost completely open cell structure, and puffs with such an open cell structure cannot be used as cosmetic puffs. It has the essential flexibility, soft feel, feel on the skin, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as texture), and can be used suitably for relatively high-viscosity cosmetics, while low-viscosity cosmetics. When used for materials, the following disadvantages occur and it is difficult to put it into practical use.

理由で断念せざるを得ないケースが多々生じている。That is, when a puff with such an open cell structure is used for a low-viscosity cosmetic, most of the cosmetic is absorbed into the puff through the open cells, and the cosmetic hardly sticks to the skin. Not only is there a lot of wastage of cosmetics, but it is also impossible to apply makeup satisfactorily, and the cosmetics that have been absorbed into the inside of the puffs rot and cause problems in terms of hygiene. As described above, existing cosmetic puffs have a narrow range of application and do not have the functionality to fully utilize various cosmetics ranging from low to high viscosity, so it is difficult to plan and develop new cosmetics. There are many cases where development has to be abandoned because there is no suitable cosmetic puff.

声が、化粧料業界で強くあがっているのが実情である。The above-mentioned problems of absorption of cosmetics into the inside of the puff and cosmetic spoilage can be solved if the cosmetic puff is made of foam with a closed cell structure, but in that case A new problem arises in that the above-mentioned essential texture is lost. That is, in the case of a puff with an open cell structure,
Air enters and exits through the bubble walls, so when you squeeze the puff with your hand, the air inside the bubble is pushed out, and when you open your hand, air enters the bubble. However, when making a puff with a closed cell structure, air does not move in and out of the bubbles even after repeated compression and decompression, so even if the material is made of a low modulus material, it has an extremely resilient feel. It becomes stronger, and the texture, especially against the skin, becomes more resistant. As mentioned above, cosmetic puffs have advantages and disadvantages, whether they are open-cell or closed-cell.Therefore, they do not have disadvantages such as absorption of cosmetics and spoilage, and they have low to high viscosity. It has the functionality to fully utilize a variety of cosmetics, ranging from
Moreover, the reality is that there are strong calls in the cosmetics industry for the early development of new cosmetic puffs with excellent texture.

・Using 2-polybutadiene resin alone or a blend of an appropriate amount of a compatible olefin resin or vinyl copolymer resin with a softening point close to the polybutadiene resin, the Tokuiso Sho 50, which the present applicant previously applied for, is used. A material adjusted to about 13 skin has a low modulus, is extremely flexible, and has a skin layer with a high crosslinking density on the surface, and is particularly suitable. Here, 1.2
- If the expansion ratio of the polybutadiene resin foam is less than 13, the good low modulus properties tend to decline, while if it exceeds 2 peeps, it becomes too soft and it becomes difficult to obtain the desired texture as a puff. Become. In this way, core material 1
By using a sensitive foam that has low modulus, high flexibility, and a skin layer, the entire puff has a good texture and does not rebound strongly, so it does not touch the skin when applying makeup. A phenomenon in which the transferred cosmetic is further scraped off by the strongly repellent puff does not occur, and good application properties are ensured, and the skin layer also prevents the cosmetic from penetrating into the core material 1. Ru. On the other hand, the skin material 2 must be made of microporous wet polyurethane with an expansion ratio of 1.5 to 55 times, and a non-porous dry polyurethane elastomer skin material is not suitable.

易に製造できる。The reason for this is that with non-porous materials such as dry polyurethane elastomer skin materials, the surface of the puff becomes leather-like, giving a feeling of resistance as if the skin is being pulled when no cosmetics are applied. If it is marked, please make a note of it. Furthermore, if the puff surface is embossed, there is a drawback that streak-like puff traces remain on the cosmetic surface. On the other hand, the microporous wet polyurethane skin material does not have such drawbacks and has good wetting properties for cosmetics, so it blends well with cosmetics, and as shown in Fig. This is because it is sufficiently contained inside the microporous 22 so that it can be spread thinly and applied, and has a moist, moist feel, which improves the texture. In addition, if the number of microporous pores is too small, the cosmetic will slip on the surface, reducing the spread of the cosmetic, and if it is too large, a large amount of the cosmetic will accumulate inside the pores. From this point of view, the foaming ratio of the wet polyurethane skin material should be 1.5 to 5 times, preferably 2 to 3 times, and the thickness should be 30 to 100 microns, preferably 50 to 50%. 70 microns is adopted, and by changing the thickness of the wet polyurethane layer or changing the degree of porosity within these ranges, it is possible to accommodate cosmetics with different viscosities. Core material 1 and outer skin material 2 as described above
The cosmetic puff of the present invention is preferably one in which a core material 1 is completely covered with an outer skin material 2, as shown in FIG. It is not always necessary to completely cover the side surface portions with the outer skin material 2. FIG. 4 shows an embodiment in which the other parts except the unused side parts are covered with the outer skin material 2. The cosmetic puff of the present invention can be easily manufactured by the following method.

法、である。That is, [first method] A 1,2-polybutadiene resin soft foam sheet with an expansion ratio of 15 times is matured into a desired puff shape using a suitable punching machine or the like, and simultaneously punched out to form the core material 1. After applying a urethane-based or acrylic adhesive to this core material 1, it is immersed in a soaking bath containing a dimethylformamide solution of polyurethane resin, and then immersed in a water bath to melt and remove the dimethylformamide. or [Second Method] As shown in FIG. 2, a dimethylformamide solution of polyurethane resin is applied in advance to a base fabric 21 having good elasticity and air permeability, such as nylon tricot or nylon jersey, and
Using a base fabric 21 and an unpeeled microporous wet polyurethane sheet 20 obtained by immersing it in a water bath to elute and remove dimethylformamide, the sheet 20 is made of 1,2-polybutadiene resin with a foaming ratio of 1. Urethane or acrylic adhesive (not shown) is applied to both the upper and lower surfaces of the foam sheet 10.
In this method, the laminated sheet is punched out into a desired puff shape using a punch-forming machine or the like, the surrounding green part is sealed, and finally the base fabric 21 is peeled off.

There is an advantage that the coloring properties can be adjusted to some extent by adjusting the size of the cloth.

However, a good surface condition can be obtained. As can be understood from the above explanation, the cosmetic puff of the present invention has a skin layer with a foaming ratio of 1.
The puff has a composite structure in which a core material 1 of 1.2-polybutadiene resin soft foam of 3 to 2 sounds is covered with a microporous skin material 2 of wet polyurethane with a foaming ratio of 1.5 to 5 times. Therefore, by adjusting the physical properties of the core material 1, the thickness of the outer skin material 2, and the number of microporous pores, it is possible to provide functionality and excellent texture that can be fully used in any cosmetic product. The cosmetic has good adhesion and spreadability, and has a soft and moisturizing feel.
