It is said that this is due to problems such as deterioration of the taste of food and problems with odor.

It is practiced to form a three-dimensional container (container body) that can store contents such as food by molding a film (sheet).

In this method, the peripheral edge of the multilayer film is stretched (stretched) downward by applying pressure from a support (cranked together and applying an upward force to the film).

However, in the JEJ stand using this method, the cut surface of the film comes into contact with the contents such as food, which is unfavorable from a food hygiene perspective, or rather has a μ point.

Although A/ foil cannot be used, it is possible to use thin A71' foil, and the thickness of A/ foil can be minimized, and when AJ foil is stretched, A/ foil thickness is insufficient. However, the object is to solve this problem and provide a container that has a uniform thickness, has a deep bottom, is inexpensive to manufacture, and has a container that is durable.

A further object of the present invention is to form a sealed container by attaching a lid made of the same multilayer base material to each container body as described above by heat-melting the respective resins, which is capable of retort processing, and has gas barrier properties. Our goal is to provide containers that are durable and can withstand long-term storage.

It has more practical functions as a container, prevents the container from deforming and collapsing during transport and during one operation (stacking containers, etc.), and further improves the shelf life of the container (gas barrier properties, sealing performance). It is an object of the present invention to provide an improved container, and other objects and novel features of the present invention will become apparent from the following description of the specification and drawings.・Next, based on a drawing showing the implementation example,

This will be explained using the remainder 11A of the multilayer base material as an example. That is, in FIG. 2, the remainder 11A of the multilayer base material is folded into the multilayer base material 16141I along the crease i15, and at the same time, the multilayer base material 1
7 is folded along the crease line 18 into the multilayer base material 16i11jK. By folding the multilayer base material 11A in this way, the next surface of the fold (folded part) 11A of the multilayer base material is joined to the cloth surface of the multilayer base material 16, and the remaining part of the multilayer base material (folded part) 11A is joined to the outer surface of the multilayer base material 16. The back surface is joined to the same surface of the multilayer base material 17, and a three-prong structure of the folded part 11A and the multilayer base materials 16 and 17 is formed. In the above example, the folding portion 11A is used to perform water-hydration, but the folding portions 11B and below are also folded in the same manner to form a three-jaw 4pI structure.
この場合、コーナ一部7においては11A。In this case, the corner part 7 is 11A.

There is almost no clearance between the straight parts 23 and 24 of the male mold 19, that is, the wall surface of the straight part 23 of the 41 part 21 of the male mold 19 is in contact with the side wall surface of the straight part 24 of the male mold 22. However, it has been found that it is good to provide a clearance between each corner portion 24, 25, 26.27 of the peak portion 21 of the male mold 190 and the valley corner capital 28, 29, 30.31 of the female mold 22. Ta. FIG. 5 illustrates this relationship, and in the figure, 52, 66, 54, and 55 respectively indicate the clearance of a part of the valley corner between the male mold and the female mold.

In addition, since the multi-layered material is not stretched and the remainder is folded or formed into a shield, the container body can be made of thin gold foil without causing any stretching cracks in the metal foil. Good results can also be brought about in the storage stability of the container. At the same time, even if a thin gold/stainless steel foil is used, stretch cracks are unlikely to occur, so the thickness of the metal foil can be kept to a minimum.

It has the ability to burn capital and can solve the problem of can pollution. Furthermore, when a thin metal foil is used to form a container body with a deep storage part, stretch cracks occur and this can be achieved. However, in the present invention, the remainder of the multilayer base I is Since the material is folded or wrinkled, it is possible to form a container main body having a deep-bottomed storage portion without causing expansion cracks. Furthermore, since the container body is not constructed by cutting the multilayer base material at the part where the claws fit together, the cut surface of the base material will not come into contact with the contents such as food.
It can also be made favorable from the viewpoint of food hygiene.
