Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）金属酸化物を主成分とする筒状焼結体の外側面に
    第１の電極を形成し、前記筒状焼結体の内側面に第２の
    電極を形成し、前記筒状焼結体の一端付近で前記第１の
    電極と第１の金属キャップが前記第１の金属キャップの
    内側面で接し、前記筒状焼結体の他の一端付近で前記第
    ２の電極と第２の金属キャップが前記第２の金属キャッ
    プの外側面で接し、前記筒状焼結体の前記第１の金属キ
    ャップの設置された側の端面と前記第２の電極との距離
    及び、前記筒状焼結体の前記第２の金属キャップの設置
    された側の端面と第１の電極の距離が前記筒状焼結体の
    厚みより大きいセラミック電子部品。
  2. （２）筒状焼結体が、酸化亜鉛を主成分とする電圧依存
    性非直線抵抗体である実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）
    項記載のセラミック電子部品。
  3. （３）筒状焼結体が、酸化チタン、チタン酸バリウム等
    を主成分とする誘電体磁器である実用新案登録請求の範
