    第１アームの基端に固着された駆動輪と、上記第１アー
    ムの他端に回転自在に支承された第２関節軸と、 上記駆動輪を正逆方向に選択的に回転させる駆動源と、 上記第２関節軸に固着された第２ピニオンと、上記第１
    アームに摺動自在に支持されていて、上記第１ピニオン
    と第２ピニオンを連結するラックと、 上記第２関節軸と同一軸心を回転中心としていて、上記
    第１アームの他端に固着された伝達方向変換用第１歯車
    と、 上記第２関節軸に一端を固着された第２アームと、 この第２アームの一端に回転自在に支持されていて、上
    記第１歯車に噛合う伝達方向変換用第２歯車と、 上記第２アームの他端に回転自在に支持された伝達方向
