Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 固定軸を中心に円筒状の固定子と該固定子の内側に一定
    の間隙をもって同心に配置された円筒状の可動子がパル
    ス電流により上記固定軸に沿って１ステツプずつ直線移
    動する円筒型リニアパルスモータにおいて、上記固定軸
    と可動子内面間に前記固定軸と可動子に転接する複数個
    の球を遊嵌した間隙保持具を介在せしめることにより可
    動子が直線移動するよう構成したことを特徴とする円筒
    型リニアパルスモータ。
