    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車体フロアに基端を第１ヒンジで枢着されたアームと、
    同アームの先端に第２ヒンジで枢着されたスペアタイヤ
    保持部材とをそなえ、同スペアタイヤ保持部材が上記車
    体フロア上のスペアタイヤを上方から覆う屈曲形状に形
    成され、上記スペアタイヤ保持部材を上記第１ヒンジの
    まわりに回動させて同スペアタイヤ保持部材を反転させ
    たときに上記スペアタイヤ保持部材が上記第２ヒンジを
    中心に車外で回動できるように、上記アームの長さが設
    定されたことを特徴とする、スペアタイヤ保持装置。
