Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. カウンタが発振器の発振出力を設定値まで計数するのに
    要する計数時間と超音波が測定媒体中を伝播するのに要
    する伝播時間との時間差を検出した後サンプリングし、
    このサンプル値が所定値になるように前記発振器の発振
    周波数を制御し、この発振器の発振周波数から前記伝播
    時間を検出する回路装置において、前記サンプリングの
    タイミングを前記カウンタの計数終了時刻または超音波
    の伝播終了時刻を基線にして決定する手段を具備したこ
    とを特徴とする超音波伝播時間検出回路装置。
