A wide variety of products such as various molded products, films, sheets, and foams are manufactured from plastic molded into plastic. The performance of this PvC can be changed arbitrarily by drastically changing the composition of the compound. However, not all possibilities of PVC have been revealed. For example, whether jelly formation, which has already been widely applied for natural polymers such as agar, gelatin, and pectin, is also possible for PvC.
If 1 is possible, it is completely unknown what kind of physical properties PvC jelly would have. If PVC forms a jelly, the resulting PvC jelly is expected to exhibit physical properties that are completely different from conventional PvC products, and it is expected that new uses will open up for PVC.

The object is to obtain a jelly-like PvC composition that can lower the modulus, soften the hardness, lower the cost, and prevent bleeding.

It is characterized in that it contains 50 to 2000 parts by weight, and 10 to 50 parts by weight of oil based on 100 parts by weight of the total amount of plasticizer and oil.

150 to 2000 parts by weight. The reason for this is
This is because if it is less than 150 parts by weight, the PVC composition will not become jelly-like, and if it exceeds 2,000 parts by weight, the cost will be high and bleeding will occur easily. Also, for the total z1oo weight parts of the oil, 10 to 10~? It will be called OMJr club. The reason for this is that if the amount is less than 10 parts by weight, the effect of adding the oil cannot be sufficiently exhibited, and if the amount exceeds 9Qi, it becomes difficult to form into a jelly.

This is what I came here for. The amount used is 30 parts by weight or less in the case of hard products, and about 40 to 100 parts by weight in the case of soft products, taking into account deterioration of physical properties and bleeding.

That is, (a) a ppvc composition can be obtained by dissolving PvC in a solvent, adding a predetermined amount of a plasticizer and oil thereto at room temperature, and then removing the solvent. In this case, the order of blending the plasticizer and oil is arbitrary.

挙動を示す。The PVC composition thus produced has a jelly-like elasticity and feel similar to agar jelly. This suggests that during the manufacturing process of the PVC composition, PVC molecules incorporate plasticizers and oils and become dull, thereby forming PVC jelly. However, this ZeIJ-like PvC composition does not cause syneresis like agar jelly, and is extremely stable. In addition, it has the elongation properties and tensile strength of Kanashi, and does not easily tear apart like agar dal. It also has the characteristics of being highly deformable and having excellent shape following properties. Moreover, there is no decrease in physical properties or increase in hardness at low temperatures,
Even when used for a long time at ~-40°C, it shows the same behavior as at room temperature.

。As a result, there is less bleeding and less stickiness. Furthermore, since the oil is added together with the plasticizer, the total amount can be increased compared to when the plasticizer is used alone, and therefore the hardness of the PVC composition can be varied over a wide range.

Urethane foam is currently widely used as a cushion material, but it has been pointed out that the elasticity of urethane foam has a large hysteresis loss, causing a feeling of bottoming out. On the other hand, the elasticity of the t-, h jelly uniform PVC m parabolic obtained by the present invention is characterized by an extremely small hysteresis loss.
Therefore, if this is used as a substitute for a water bed used for sick people, for example, it will be extremely effective in preventing bedsores since it has excellent shape-following properties.

Furthermore, since it has excellent moldability similar to agar, it can also be applied to molds that require a high degree of precision like agar jelly.
